1. THIS FORM IS TO BE FILLED IF SUBJECT WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FALLS AFTER THE CENSUS DATE.
2. Subject(s) will have a ‘Withdrawn’ status on your enrolment record.
3. You remain liable for subject(s) fees as per UOW College Fees and Refund Policy
4. If withdrawing from all your subjects for the session, you should apply for a LEAVE OF ABSENCE instead.
FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
1. Withdrawal from Subject(s), will have implications surrounding the expected completion date of your Course, CoE, and student visa.
2. Under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act, UOW College is required to report any changes to the course duration of a student to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA)
