Conditions:
1. CLOSING DATE: THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF SESSION
2. If your course transfer is approved, you will be assessed for eligibility for subjects you passed in your current course, to be applied as credit in your new course.
3. If you have additional evidence that demonstrates your ability to succeed in your preferred course (such as previous study, work or volunteer experience), attach it with this application.
4. If your transfer is successful, you will be liable to pay the fees for your new course relevant to the commencing year. For more information please reach out to our Student Advisor
FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
1. If you are an international student studying in Australia, an approved course transfer, along with any associated credit transfer, may impact the duration of your Course, CoE, and student visa.
2. Under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act, the UOW College is required to notify the Australian Department of Home Affairs when there are any changes to the course duration of a student.
