The Curriculum and Conscious Communities team (CCCT) sits within the Indigenous Strategy Unit. The CCCT aims to provide holistic support for teaching, research, and professional services staff within the University. By completing this Expression of Interest, you are accepting an invitation to care for Country and are seeking guidance to learn, unlearn and re-learn. The CCCT invites you to explore and place Country at the forefront of all you do at UOW. The role of Curriculum Transformation Lead provides pedagogical practice focused on facilitating relationships with Country which then informs the curriculum transformation journey, recognising Country as the holder of all knowledge and lore. The Conscious Community Lead role focuses on facilitating systemic change through strategy, research, curriculum and business practices. These changes reflect the University’s commitment to meaningful and sustainable change at all levels.
