When should this form be used?

This form should be used as per STAGE 3 of the ‘Grievance Resolution and Appeals Process’ to appeal a UOW College Australia decision to the Head of the Legal and Governance Division. If you require any assistance or advice with completing this form, please make an appointment to see a Student Advisor by emailing college-advisor@uow.edu.au.
