2. The University of Wollongong (UOW) is under no obligation to verify the above bank account details and any changes must be notified to UOW in writing.
3. UOW will not be responsible for any delays in payment or errors outside the reasonable control of UOW including but not limited to delays or errors in the banking system or errors in bank accounts provided.
4. UOW reserves the right to terminate or suspend the direct credit system and to pay by cheque or in any other matter which UOW may decide from time to time.
5. I agree to repay UOW in demand any payments credited to me in error and the UOW reserves the right to set off the amount of any overpayments made in error against future debt or liability owing by UOW to me.
