Woolyungah Scholarship Application

Indigenous scholarships are funded by Government. The objective of the Scholarships Program is to assist students to progress and complete higher education degrees at the same rate as or better than non-Indigenous persons.

The Scholarship Program further seeks to ensure equitable opportunities for Indigenous students in Higher Education. Our scholarship funding is sourced from the National Indigenous Australian Agency and Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.

Scholarships on offer include:

Woolyungah Education Scholarship (WES) – this scholarship will assist with education costs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students enrolled and studying in an approved course of study.

Woolyungah Accommodation Scholarship (WAS) - to assist with accommodation costs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students enrolled and studying in an approved course of study.

Aboriginal Housing Office Tertiary Accommodation Grant (TAG) – to assist students in housing stress complete their studies by providing them with support to address the cost of living and accommodation.
