The information that you provide in this application will inform UOWx’s decision on your eligibility for this recognition.

Your email address is collected so UOWx are able to contact you to discuss your application and provide an application outcome.

Your involvement in co-curricular activities at the University of Wollongong, whereby the activity is recognised by UOWx, will result in you automatically being uploaded to the UOWx online system. The information provided to UOW regarding your involvement in UOWx will be stored in your student portal and used to produce your UOWx Record, help us to keep you informed of your claim entitlements and determine your eligibility for the UOWx Award.
