UOW tuition fee refund applications are administered in compliance with the legislative guidelines of the Higher Education Support Act and the UOW Fees Policy.
IMPORTANT - for "Refunds of Upfront Payment" and "Removal of HELP Debt" to be considered, subject(s) must be either withdrawn or unsuccessfully completed* *unsuccessfully completed means either a 'fail grade' or TF grade This is in addition to your application meeting Special Circumstances. Special circumstances are generally considered to be unusual, beyond the student’s control and were either not known before the census date or significantly worsened after census date. Special circumstances DO NOT include a lack of knowledge or understanding of census dates or the university’s enrolment and withdrawal processes. See below for information about appropriate independent supporting documents you will need to provide.
