I report that motor vehicle attached to this complaint is illegally occupying my reserved space.
I am the person to whom this space is allocated or I am the person nominated for my business unit, in charge of this space.
I have not given permission to any person or driver to park their motor vehicle in my allocated reserved space.
I request that UOW Security take action to issue a Penalty notice to this vehicle.
I understand that I may be subpoenaed to give evidence of this Complaint should the matter proceed to court.
